The Treggy 7 road race is an annual 7 mile road race hosted by the Launceston Road Runners

Launceston Town Square is the starting point of this 7 mile circular race, which begins at 10am, with registration beforehand in the Town Hall. The first mile heads mostly down hill out of the town and onto undulating rural roads until the first water station at the 2.5 mile point itโ€™s then a half mile climb to the village of Tregadillett after leaving the village at 4 miles the last 3 miles are mainly downhill with the second water station at 5.5miles and a fantastic finish line in the grounds of Launceston Castle. Cakes and hot drinks will be available in the Town Hall before and after the race.

A handful of us from storm took part in this one last year and each and everyone of us loved it. Great atmosphere and really well organised. The last 3 miles are lovely and the finish is superb in the grounds of the castle.

This will be part of the Storm Grand Prix

Link to the website is below and registration will open soonโ€ฆ.
