At Christmas we close down for a week or two. With this in mind, we wanted to see if anyone out there fancied doing the secret parings this year? Please comment below if you do and we will draw the names at random in time for the Christmas ROM night. (I won’t draw them at ROM as it was a slog last year 🤣).



For those who are unfamiliar with the pairings…..founded during the pandemic when we were allowed to run with 1 other, it became a very popular item within our club. It’s a fantastic way to get to know runners you don’t usually interact with. Anyone that is interested in taking part will be entered into the draw. WALKERS INCLUDED - we will do a separate draw for anyone who fancies a walk and chat.



Two names are drawn from a hat. Those two names will then contact each other and arrange a time and place for a run over the festive period. If anyone needs help arranging they can always contact me to assist. You obviously run at the slower runners pace or else it would be a bit odd and very anti social lol. This is usually a popular feature we run at this time of year and it’s always amazing to see the photos coming in on the network throughout the break!!
