Another great week of running,strength and conditioning sessions.

Well done to everyone!

Whether you took part in an event, a social run, walked your furthest distance to date or dragged yourself out for a run, even if you didn’t feel like it. Well done you! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’œ

Support and encouragement is such a massive part of our club.

We’d loved to hear how being a part of Storm Running Club has impacted you.

Personally, being part of Storm has enabled me to achieve goals I thought were beyond my capabilities. From coaching sessions, advice on nutrition, to fellow runners being there. These runners not only supporting on training runs, but also being a listening ear.

I’ve gained such special friends and continue to meet lovely runners within our club. There’s so much more I could say. I sometimes wonder how less enriched life would be, if I hadn’t joined Storm. πŸ€”πŸ’œ

On Thursday, we have ROM at Woodland Fort, after our club run. This is a great way to celebrate our runners and hear the updates.

Saturday we have Muskie Madness. There are 13 signed up on our events app. Be great to have a few more Stormies.
