Good evening all. A few people have been asking me about the latest on Exeter 10k so I thought I’d do a little update.

With regard to the coach, we have 50 seats booked out of a 53 seater. Please can we ask if you haven’t already paid, could you get it over to us pronto. Cost was £13 per person and please send money in to the Storm Account with “Exeter” as a reference. If you would like to come along and join the fun bus then let me know asap and I’ll see if we have room. 🚌🎉💜

Pickup – On 5th January we will be picked up from Milehouse Park and Ride car park at 08:20am to get there for 09:30am. The coach won’t hang around so make sure you are there on time!

Arrival/Numbers/Photo – On arrival to the quay area in Exeter, all Storm race bibs will be collected by our captains from race HQ and dished out to the team. There will be plenty of time for toilets and race prep before we look to have a photo on the steps near the race HQ. Photo time will be 10:20am sharp. Miss it miss out 🤣

Race – Exeter First Chance 10k Start Time is 10:30am. It’s a flat 10k so expect yourself to go faster than usual. We may even see a few people leaving with PB’s! As soon as you finish please get back to our Storm supporters and cheer your fellow runners in. This is critical to our ethics as a club to show how we make sure everyone is supported throughout their race. Keeping what we do people 💜🫶🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

Return – We will leave Exeter after the race at 12:30 to get back for 13:30. On arrival at Milehouse, some of us will be popping over to the Britannia Inn for lunch and a celebratory drink. Completely up to you if you fancy joining us 🙌🏻🍻🎉
